I checked the bellows and They appear very good (besides exhaust bellow). To become within the Risk-free side I took it to a little boat repair store. They took a "swift seem" to find out if they could see what it absolutely was, they concur the bellows, change boot, and many others are ok but have not checked out it enough to diagnose the trouble.
